Purpose-built for the INEOS Grenadier, the PLOMOR 5-piece modular roof rack combines a reinforced steel platform with aluminium crossbars, side rails and mounting brackets. It provides a low-profile, expandable base for rooftop tents, cargo and overland accessories while using the vehicle’s existing structural roof-mounting locations.

Rack Load Ratings

• Static load: up to 500 kg
• Dynamic load on paved roads: up to 250 kg
• Dynamic load during off-road use: up to 90 kg

Important: These figures are the load ratings of the roof rack itself. The actual permitted load must always comply with the lower limit specified by INEOS for your vehicle and market. Include the weight of the rack, rooftop tent, mounting hardware and all other accessories when calculating the total vehicle roof load.

For a Grenadier with a 150 kg dynamic roof-load limit, the 57.3 kg rack leaves approximately 92.7 kg for the combined weight of the tent, brackets and other accessories during normal on-road use. During off-road use, the rack’s 90 kg off-road payload limit must also be observed. Always refer to your vehicle owner’s handbook.

Designed Around the Grenadier

• Five-piece modular platform: Reinforced panel construction helps distribute loads across the rack.
• 16-point structural mounting: The rack mounts to the Grenadier’s existing structural roof locations. The platform does not rest directly on the roof panel.
• Vehicle-friendly installation: No drilling, cutting or permanent modification is required when installed correctly.
• Low-profile layout: Adds approximately 80 mm to the standard roof height while maintaining approximately 50 mm of clearance at the closest point.
• Expandable side rails: Designed to accept suitable universal brackets for rooftop tents, awnings, shower enclosures and other overland equipment.
• Outdoor-ready finish: PPG powder coating provides a durable protective surface for regular outdoor use.

Rooftop Tent & Accessory Compatibility

Rooftop tents and side-mounted accessories can be fitted using suitable mounting brackets. Because mounting systems vary by manufacturer, universal or accessory-specific brackets may be required. Please verify rail spacing, bracket dimensions, required clearance and total installed weight before ordering.

Dedicated rooftop-tent, awning and shower-enclosure brackets are not included. Direct compatibility with every brand or model cannot be guaranteed without checking the accessory’s mounting specifications.

Off-Road Use

For off-road travel, keep the accessory payload within 90 kg, distribute the load evenly and inspect all mounting points and fasteners regularly. This rack has not been validated for every extreme off-road condition; vehicle limits, terrain, speed and load distribution must all be considered.
