Can I install it over paint protection film or a vinyl wrap?

No. Do not mount the unit directly onto paint protection film (PPF) or a vinyl wrap. The attachment would depend on the film’s bond to the vehicle, which may not provide secure retention. Should I use additional adhesive around the unit?

Will the four-light version create wind noise?

Some additional wind noise may occur, and the amount depends on vehicle speed, wind conditions and other roof accessories. In our experience, the three-light and four-light versions have similar wind noise overall, although the flatter three-light version tends to be slightly quieter.

What is the difference between the three-light and four-light versions?

The main differences are the light layout and housing profile. The three-light version has a flatter appearance, while the four-light version has a more prominent four-light design. Please refer to the specifications on each product page for the exact LED and power details.

Is it suitable for high-speed driving or extreme off-road use?

We do not provide a guaranteed maximum safe speed for this adhesive-mounted unit. Do not assume it is suitable for driving at 160 km/h or above. Inspect the attachment regularly, particularly after rough-road driving or exposure to extreme weather. If the unit becomes loose or the adhesive begins to lift, stop using it until the mounting has been properly checked.
